Reconstitution

Mixing lyophilized peptide with sterile diluent.

What is Reconstitution?

Reconstitution is the process of dissolving a lyophilized peptide powder in a sterile diluent — usually bacteriostatic water — to produce a usable solution. Concentration depends on diluent volume; once reconstituted, peptides require refrigeration and have a finite stability window.
