What is Kisspeptin-10?
Kisspeptin-10 is a hormonal · hpg axis peptide studied for hypothalamic amenorrhea and male hypogonadism research. A peptide product of the KISS1 gene that acts upstream of GnRH neurons via the KISS1R/GPR54 receptor. Research demonstrates robust LH (and indirectly testosterone/estradiol) responses without desensitizing the pituitary.
