What is AOD-9604?
AOD-9604 is a metabolic · lipolysis peptide studied for obesity (clinical trials did not meet endpoints) and osteoarthritis / cartilage repair (current research direction). A modified 16-amino-acid fragment (177–191) of human growth hormone, engineered to retain the lipolytic activity of GH without its growth or insulin-resistance effects. Research suggests it stimulates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis.
