What is GHRP-6?
GHRP-6 is a growth hormone axis peptide studied for endogenous gh pulse stimulation and appetite stimulation in cachexia models. A hexapeptide ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist that stimulates pituitary GH release and increases appetite via central ghrelin pathways. One of the earliest GH-releasing peptides studied.
