What is Ipamorelin?
Ipamorelin is a growth hormone axis peptide studied for endogenous gh release without cortisol elevation and sleep quality and recovery markers. A selective ghrelin/GHS-R1a receptor agonist that stimulates GH release with minimal effect on cortisol, prolactin, or appetite — distinguishing it from older secretagogues like GHRP-6.
