What is Icatibant (Firazyr)?
Icatibant (Firazyr) is a bradykinin antagonist · immunology peptide studied for hereditary angioedema (acute attacks). Synthetic decapeptide that competitively blocks the bradykinin B2 receptor, halting the vascular leak that drives HAE swelling attacks.
